Books that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. Because of the Dutch Post, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Mostly foreign-language books that are not in our stock have a delivery time of 5-18 working days. Dutch books that are not in stock have a delivery time of 5 working days. At each book the delivery time is stated, if not please contact customer service.
If you unexpectedly need to cancel an order placed, please contact our customer service. When the order has already been verified and sent to our warehouse cancel an order in some cases is impossible. The right of return will of course still apply in those cases.
Within The Netherlands we use letterbox boxes. These van go in the mailboxes with size 26,5 x 38 x 3,2 cm. If your mailbox is smaller, the postman will then probably take it to the nearest post office. For smaller books we use flar cardboard envelopes.
By means of the right of return you may return the book to us within 14 days of receipt of the order. Of returning you must announce this first in customer service, and you can send the order prepaid return shipping to: Boekstra, Postbus 7, 7440AA Nijverdal, The Netherlands For the general terms about this right of return, please refer to our terms and conditions. The shipping costs for addresses within The Netherlands are 1.75 euro per order. From € 19,95 we charge no shipping within The Netherlands. With orders to Belgium the shipping costs are only € 3,95. The shipping costs to other countries according to the PostNL rates. The rate that applies to your order will automatically be entered on the order page.
Our customer service is available on weekdays, Monday / Friday, reached via email or the contact form. We aim to answer your message within 24 hours. Because we are an online company we have chosen not to show our telephone number. When you receive a notice by post our phone number will be listed on it.
If you have questions about the offer, please contact customer service. Also if you are looking for a specific title that is not being offered on our website. In some cases we can still deliver the book to you through other suppliers.
