This book is the collection of my articles, speeches, talks, interviews, question-answer sessions and teachings written and delivered at different times and on different occasions. These "Collected Works" comprise several volumes. This first volume contains my biographical works, the definitionof yoga and the expositionof Patanlala Yoga.
