»The Judicial Scrutiny in the Field of European Subsidy Law«: The work is about how much control the European courts have over Euoropean subsidy law and where the Commission has discretionary powers that are not subject to judicial review and how the judicial review intensity should be assessed in light of Union legal protection requirements. The Commission has discretionary powers in the context of complex economic decisions, with the lower review intensity being compensated by increased scrutiny of compliance with procedural and reasoning requirements.
