»Implementation of Interests within the Creation of Contracts by Lawyers«: Different interests are of importance within the creation of contracts by lawyers. How these interests can be implemented within a contract is researched. This research includes topics of civil law, law relating to lawyers, communication theory, legal sociology and liability of the lawyer who creates the contract (wrong legal information). The research ends up with the development of a methodology how to create a contract.
